COMPUTER CUSTOMER SERVICE Manager - Edmonton
Pro-Data has a full time position available for immediate employment . Pro-Data is a Canadian owned computer wholesale business that has been around since 1987. We have sales and warehouse operations in Edmonton, Calgary and Winnipeg.
This full time position is a supervisory position in our Edmonton warehouse location. The duties are assembling and testing of custom built PC's and servers under our Performance Design brand name. In addition, you will be responsible for handling Customer Service requests & RMA's for our portfolio of products.
The candidate will have a good understanding of how to properly assemble and troubleshoot the building of a PC/Server.
The candidate will have a strong understanding on how to load and test Microsoft Windows and Server operating systems.
The candidate will have appropriate background experience and likely be Comptia A+ certified in computer support.
